Plans and Billing

Fellow offers Free, Indie, Pro, and Scale plans. See current prices, promotions, and the complete feature comparison on the Fellow pricing page.

Open Settings → Subscription to change your plan or billing interval. Checkout and the billing portal are provided by Polar, which manages payments and invoices.

For Teams, only account admins can manage the subscription or open the billing portal. Use the portal to view invoices and update payment details.

  • Upgrades: Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to annual billing on the same plan takes effect immediately. Polar charges the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period.
  • Downgrades: Moving to a lower plan or changing from annual to monthly billing on the same plan takes effect at the next renewal. Your current plan remains active until then.
  • Cancellations: Your plan remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

You can cancel a scheduled downgrade or undo a cancellation before it takes effect under Settings → Subscription.

When a downgrade or cancellation takes effect, your most recently added apps stay active up to the new plan’s limit. Any others remain in your account but are paused. If Teams is no longer included, one active user keeps access and the other members are deactivated. If Priority feature notifications are no longer included, notification delivery returns to Grouped.

Fellow may offer eligible Free accounts a limited trial. Trial offers may not be available to every account or at all times.

If you don’t see a trial offer, need more trial time, or want another trial after completing one, contact us.
