Section titled “General”What is Fellow?
Section titled “What is Fellow?”Fellow is an app for monitoring App Store features across 170+ countries. You can switch your device’s App Store country, track apps, and get notified when they’re featured. Learn more in Getting Started.
Do I need an account?
Section titled “Do I need an account?”No. You can browse and switch App Store countries without signing up. To track apps and receive notifications, you’ll need a free account.
Do I need an Apple ID?
Section titled “Do I need an Apple ID?”You don’t need to change your Apple ID country. Fellow switches what you see in the App Store — your purchases and subscriptions still go through your Apple ID.
Does Fellow work on Android?
Section titled “Does Fellow work on Android?”Fellow is designed for iPhone and iPad. There is no official Android support at this time.
Is Fellow free?
Section titled “Is Fellow free?”Switching App Store countries and browsing features is free. Tracking apps, notifications, and feature history require a paid plan. See Plans & Features for details.
What happened to Switchr?
Section titled “What happened to Switchr?”Fellow is replacing Switchr. Everything Switchr does is built into Fellow, plus app tracking, notifications, feature history, and more. Switchr remains available, but Fellow is where all new development happens. See the full comparison.

How can I install Fellow?
Section titled “How can I install Fellow?”Fellow works best when installed on your Home Screen. See the install steps.
What devices are supported?
Section titled “What devices are supported?”Fellow is designed for iPhone and iPad. Push notifications require iOS 16.4 or later.
Features
Section titled “Features”How does country switching work?
Section titled “How does country switching work?”Select a country and Fellow switches your device’s App Store to that storefront. You can also use Quick View to browse a country’s features inside Fellow without changing your App Store. See Countries for more.
Can I buy apps from other countries?
Section titled “Can I buy apps from other countries?”No. Switching countries in Fellow changes your view of the App Store, not your Apple ID region.
Will switching affect my subscriptions?
Section titled “Will switching affect my subscriptions?”It shouldn’t. If something looks off after switching, switch back to your usual country and it should settle.
How often are features detected?
Section titled “How often are features detected?”Fellow checks for new App Store features multiple times per day. Frequency may vary.
How are features detected?
Section titled “How are features detected?”Fellow uses multiple sources to detect and validate App Store features. The detection system is continuously improving.
How many countries does Fellow cover?
Section titled “How many countries does Fellow cover?”Over 170 App Store storefronts, covering virtually every active country.
What App Store sections are monitored?
Section titled “What App Store sections are monitored?”The Today, Games, and Apps tabs, plus full detail pages for Stories, Collections, and standalone placements.
Can I track any app?
Section titled “Can I track any app?”Yes. Yours, competitors, or any other app you’re curious about.
I just started tracking an app. Will I see past features?
Section titled “I just started tracking an app. Will I see past features?”Yes. Fellow detects features across all apps continuously. When you start tracking an app, its existing feature history is already available.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”How do notifications work?
Section titled “How do notifications work?”Fellow supports email and push notifications. Push notifications require Fellow to be installed on your Home Screen and iOS 16.4 or later. See Notifications for details.
Why am I not receiving push notifications?
Section titled “Why am I not receiving push notifications?”Push notifications require: iOS 16.4 or later, Fellow installed on your Home Screen (not just open in the browser), and notification permissions enabled. Check all three in Settings. See Getting Started for installation steps.
What iOS version do I need?
Section titled “What iOS version do I need?”iOS 16.4 at minimum. That’s when Apple added push notification support for Home Screen web apps. We recommend keeping your device up to date.
Billing
Section titled “Billing”How do I change my plan?
Section titled “How do I change my plan?”Go to Settings in Fellow and select a new plan. Changes apply immediately. See Plans & Features for a comparison.
Where do I find my invoices?
Section titled “Where do I find my invoices?”In Settings, under your subscription details.
